Uttar Pradesh prepares for COVID 19 vaccination

Lucknow, Dec 5: UP Govt is making all preparations for COVID-19 vaccination in the state. CM Yogi Adityanath has set the deadline of Dec 15 for the completion of all necessary works related to the COVID-19 vaccination drive.
Additional Chief Secretary of Health Amit Mohan Prasad presided over the meeting of Special Task Force set up for the covid vaccination drive. He reviewed the arrangements of listing of vaccinators, hub centres, arrangement of Biomedical Waste and training procedure of vaccinators in every district.
He has asked officials to upload the data related to every health worker in each district and take the certificate of the completion of the work. Meanwhile after a long gap the number of new covid patients is now decreasing in state.
The number of patients recovered in 24 hours on Dec 4, was more than the new active cases. COVID situation is also improving in those districts which share their border with the NCR.
