Bishkek, June 14: “Growth in economic sector and advancement in technology in India are prominent reasons for it's development across the globe. Besides youth, innovators within will play significant role in attainment of India's goal of 5 trillion dollar”, said PM Narendra Modi while addressing the India-Kyrgyzstan Business Forum in Bishkek.
“India and Kyrgyzstan would like to collaborate on various issues and matters related to trade and economy, strengthening it abide. The global economy is changing rapidly and India has made its position robust in the world”, he added.
He further highlighted three catalysts to strengthen the economic base, those being affirmative atmosphere, connectivity and B2B exchanges amongst the nations. “India has finalised the double taxation avoidance agreement to assure the affirmative atmosphere. Also the Centre is focussing on the bilateral investment treaty. This will create a robust backbone to the nation’s economy”, he added.
“India has built a five year road map to ensure fulfilment of the stated evolution. Preferential Trade agreement is also under the lenses”, he said adding that this would result in improved business administration.
PM Narendra Modi and President of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbekov, who is also the president of the 19th SCO summit, together in the conclusion urged the business communities from both the countries to explore the untapped potential.
