Nagpur, November 19: “Striving for excellence holds the key for becoming successful in life. On the occasion, Super 30 founder and noted mathematician Anand Kumar was honored with Nachiketa Sarvottama Award. Kumar said, “Teaching is a noble profession and teacher is an important personality in everyone's life. He dedicated this award to all the teachers who are working for the upliftment of underprivileged children.
Principals and educationalists from all over the country are attending the 3-day conference based on the theme-Scripting the Legends of Human Excellence through Schools.

Principals Educational Conference (PEC) came into existence with an aim of serious questioning to the existing education system in order to make it more dynamic. In its first three editions since 2008, held every alternate year, the PEC has established itself as a conclave with a special purpose. It assigned to itself the task of providing a forum to school principals across the country to discuss and debate and discourse critical issues about shaping school education, within the framework of the curriculum, within the confines of the classroom and within the constraints of the school.
