Chennai, April 30: In a bid to consolidate the regional forces ahead of the 2019 General Elections, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao today called on DMK leader Kanimozhi. According to media reports, KCR who is pitching hard for the third front has invited Kanimozhi to join hands in order to strengthen the proposed non-congress- BJP alliance.
Earlier in the day, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi Chief had a brief interaction with DMK Working President M K Stalin at his residence. Telangana Chief Minister on Sunday met former Chief Minister and DMK Chief M Karunanidhi and took his blessings.
