Chandrababu Naidu backs appointment of SS Rajamouli for project Amaravati

New Delhi, Sept 26: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu today clarified that state government will take inputs from veteran director SS Rajamouli for the much-anticipated design of state capital Amaravati. Responding to critics, the Chief Minister stated that the Baahubali director has been roped in for his creative outlook which might enhance the overall look.

As reported by CNN-News18, Naidu hailed SS Rajamouli for his magnum opus Baahubali series. Backing his decision, the Chief Minister asserted “Rajamouli is an excellent director, we have all seen Bahubali”. The chief Minister clearly mentioned that the ace director will share his ideas with the team of architects in order to fine-tune the design.

The TDP supremo also narrated that after due consultation with architects who are involved in the project, the state government will give its nod for the final design of Amaravati. He also slammed opposition parties for blowing the issue out of proportion.
