Pyongyang, October 17: When the entire world is afraid of the possibility of a war, provoking the fear North Korea warned that a nuclear war “may break out any moment”. North Korea's deputy UN ambassador Kim In Ryong came up with this warning.

As per Kim’s statement, North Korea has become “full-fledged nuclear power which possesses the delivery means of various ranges” and to emphasize their ability he said that “the entire U.S. mainland is within our firing range.” Their powerful nuclear asset includes an atomic bomb, H-bomb, and intercontinental ballistic rockets.

Though North Korean economy as it danger and just got a blow from the European Union and even from Russia, it is not ready to show any compromising attitude. North Korea tries to put the blame on the US as it warned previously DPRK with bomb threat openly and continuously rejecting the nuclear treaty.

Russia recently tried to arrange a discussion between North Korea and South Korea but the hermit country clearly rejected such negotiation. "Unless the hostile policy and the nuclear threat of the US is thoroughly eradicated, we will never put our nuclear weapons and ballistic rockets on the negotiating table under any circumstances," Kim said.

“As long as one does not take part in the U.S. military actions against the DPRK, we have no intention to use or threaten to use nuclear weapons against any other country,” Kim added.
