Nagpur, Oct 13: Famous Nobel award winner and global champion of child rights Kailash Satyarthi will be the chief guest for this year's annual Vijayadashmi program of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).

Satryarthi will be the second such important personality to share the stage with RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohanrao Bhagwat after former President Pranab Mukherjee in the same year.

Mukherjee was invited by RSS to grace the valedictory function of its annual Third Year training camp in June this year. His accepting the invitation and actually sharing the stage with RSS chief and speaking in the more or less similar language has caused a great deal of churning in the social, political and media circles in the country.

And now, the RSS invited Nobel Laurette Kailash Satyarthi and he too has accepted the invitation to be the chief guest on the foundation day celebration of RSS.

The Vijayadashami program will be held on October 18, 2018 at 7.40 a.m. at the Reshimbag Ground. This is particularly seen as important event because of the address of the Sarsanghchalak sually contains directions for the future course of action and also guidelines to the swayamsevaks working in various spheres of social and national life.

This year's Vijayadashami function will be more important as it succedded Sarsnghchalak Dr Mohanrao Bhagwat's three-day lecture-cum-Q & A session held in the national capital exactly a month ago.

Bhagwat had addressed the gathering of invited guests from various walks of social life during those three days in September and answered their questions to their satisfaction. Hence, observers are interested in what more he would say on this important event.

Nagpur Mahanagar Sanghchalak Rajesh Loya and Sah Sanghchalak Shridhar Gadge have appealed to all to attend this function.
